Tamara BreckenridgeTamara Breckenridge
School Programs Officer
Tamara joined the Foundation in March 2002 with over twenty years experience in transportation management, safety and training. Tamara developed safety and training programs for Gray Line of Alaska and researched and wrote tour narratives. Most recently, as General Manager for Paratransit Services, Tamara managed an operation providing door-to-door transportation for people with disabilities. Saoirse McCaigSaoirse McCaig
Assistant School Programs Officer
Saoirse joined the District of Columbia College Success Foundation in February 2007. She initially began her work with the College Success Foundation in 2001 as support staff to the executive team, where she worked primarily on projects relating to private-public partnerships, government affairs and organizational development. Saoirse most recently was the Fund Development Coordinator for the Domestic Violence Clearinghouse and Legal Hotline, a non-profit law and advocacy firm in Hawaii, where she managed public and private funding and public relations. She also has extensive experience working with under-represented student populations in higher education as a peer advisor in the Minority Student Advising Office and as an Assistant Resident Director at the Evergreen State College. Kevin PinjuvKevin Pinjuv
School Programs Assistant
Kevin officially joined the Foundation in September of 2007 after working in a temporary capacity since June of 2007. He is a graduate of Vassar College with a BA in Political Science. Prior to joining the Foundation, Kevin worked in the legal and field departments of The Human Rights Campaign and People For the American Way. He has also worked on several Democratic political campaigns both as a fundraiser and a grassroots organizer. The Foundation's strong commitment to improving the lives of young people is what attracted Kevin to this line of work.
