Claire
Roach
Operations Manager
Claire joined the District of Columbia College Success Foundation
in February 2007. Claire has extensive experience in business operations,
human resources and program management. Most recently, as a Vice President
for Modern Technology Systems, Claire was responsible for overseeing administrative
operations and human resources. Previously, Claire served as Director
of Human Resources and Administration for seven years with the same organization.
She has also served as Program Manager on multiple federal government-sponsored
programs, including pre-college programs designed to increase the numbers
of under-represented students pursuing careers in mathematics, science,
engineering and technology. Claire has consulted with non-profit and for-profit
organizations, providing support in the areas of human resources, finance
